Swirling Ice

Jökulsárlón is a large glacial lagoon where the icebergs calving off the glacier endsup being pulled out to sea & getting smashed into fantastic icy shapes on the black sand.

Very special place & incredibly photogenic. When I visited last time it was out of season & I was the only person there. This time you would have thought Justin Bieber was sat on an iceberg there were so many cameras around!
