I didn’t have a great nights sleep but I was up and out for yoga this morning and felt better for it. Jumped in the car when I got home and went for a bit of shopping as the fridge was a bit bare of some essentials! After a quick lunch I showered and got  myself ready for camera club this evening before spending the rest of the afternoon with a friend. Just got last nights leftovers to heat up for my tea now.
