Sit in it

Despite being in possession of a distinct lack of it, I have of late been rather obsessed with the TV show; Industry.

Despite being slightly preposterous at times, it is incredibly watchable and features some cracking writing. There was one line in particular which jumped out at me, which was all too prescient and I had to scribble it down before I forgot it all together:-

“Whatever vulnerability you are feeling right now: sit in it.”

So I did. It helped.
