Strike a Light!
It is elemental water outside... the sky so green-yellow as to presage the end of times and rain like stair rods... makes you feel dreadful for the guys outside working on the new patio. But today is the Tiny Tuesday Element of Fire. We walk vertically, down through the circle to the South.
Unsurprising, really, for a northern hemisphere tradition, that the south of where the heat is... the Sun moves across the southern sky from east to west. In the southern hemisphere, I know, the circle is entirely different, as are the patrons of the quarters.
Interesting too that the glyph for Fire is the seated triangle. Fire requires the triad of heat, oxygen and fuel to sustain itself, and in this case the fourth side of the triangle - the chemical reaction that ignited it, is the sturdy Swan Vesta.
With Blessings of the Great Stag, in the heat of the chase... :-)
