An old cd player?

Another lie in this morning - think Lottie is turning into me!!

We headed into town when we were ready - the independent traders in Wood Street had organised a market and shut the road off to traffic. It was quite a nice little event - quite a lot going on and some nice little stalls. Have to admit it's an area of town I don't tend to visit very often.

We hit on a magic show which normally I am not a fan of but this one was really funny.

One of the stalls was selling vintage stuff and had an old record player playing 78s - Lottie asked if it was an old cd player!! Asked the lady if I could take a shot of it as I thought it would make a different blip.

Wandered back towards the car through the shopping centre and Wakefield Camera Club had a display. I got chatting to one of the ladies who said I ought to pay them a visit and see if I like it - think I might when I get a free Monday night. Some of the pictures were excellent but I think a couple of my best ones would stand up against them, and I am sure I could learn plenty from them.

Spent the afternoon doing painty messy stuff with Charlotte and watching golf and cycling!

Now got that Sunday night feeling, next week is not going to be pleasant!
