A slightly cooler day in Seville than we’ve been having. Only got up to about 25 degrees. Queued to get into the alcazar this morning from 8.30 but we didn’t get in. Didn’t really expect to but it was still disappointing. We should have booked tickets online a few weeks ago but both of us had other things going on and so didn’t realise. Instead we just walked around the city and did some shopping. Decided to come back to the apartment in the afternoon and we timed it very well(4pm) as the heavens opened 10 minutes after we got back. This is the view from the balcony of the apartment . Very typically Spanish snd a little old fashioned and random inside but lovely to have this outdoor space. The rain had stopped before we went out for dinner. Had booked what we thought would be an upmarket meal with an interesting menu for our last night in Seville but for some reason they seated us in the bistro- and said that was the only place available. I fid have a cheesecake made with the local goats (payoyo) milk for dessert. It was delicious
