Stripes on a grey day

Had the joy of doing some reflexology this afternoon. A friend of mine had bought them the treatment as he is on palliative care for metastatic bone cancer and she is his carer. They had had reflexology provided by the hospice and loved it and they similarly enjoyed it today and asked whether they could call me again themselves. Naturally I said yes! I will be tired tomorrow but will enjoy the circle dancing even more in the afternoon!

I decided a walk across the Hoe back to Durnford Street would be a good idea and this was at the start of the walk! I stopped for cheesy chips and a cup of tea and to use a loo then walked home through pelting rain! Happily I had my waterproof trousers and jacket on but the shoes survived for twenty minutes and then gradually soaked up all the moisture they could!!! I was singing praises all the way home!
