1.2.3 GO!!

One of my boys said that I could benefit from 'cold plunging'...so in I went to the lake this afternoon and did it.
It was very cold to start..I got in quickly as I am a chicken...I stayed in for about 10-15 minutes. I actually don't think the lake is all that cold right now.


Extra:  DTD (Doug the Dog) is back from being a month in Ladysmith, on Vancouver Island. Danni had an assignment to a family practise there. She is in her 3 year of medical school. Some patients brought her fresh vegetables..and one lady brought fresh crab..I think they would like her to come back:-)


Doug and I had an early morning walk..you can see we are still in the morning shadows of the Mountain behind our home.
There were 2 Loons in our bay. I just love their songs...made my morning..
