Stonecrop ( ? Sedum Herbstfreude )

A slow start to the day followed by Social Club.  This weeks meeting was a talk by CAfS - Cumbria Action for Sustainability.  The talk covered a very wide range of things from things we can do to help ourselves and the environment thus slowing climate change, to organisations able to offer help to achieve things.

Wandering the garden looking for a blip I came across this late flowering Sedum.  I can't remember where or when we got it, hence my querying its scientific name.  A welcome splash of colour other than the sutumnal shade that are rapidly spreading.
