Nothing so mysterious as reeds on a deep lake. All that rustling and lapping. Thanks sk. 

A warm day and sunny in patches. Two blokes arrived to start work on our new shower - first they have dismantled with a lot of banging and drilling to reveal some pretty rotten stuff.. Nice chaps though.

This morning we did everything else we needed to do for the NZ hols - domestic flights, hotels etc. Now we really want to go - now! A yomp round the lake was in order after all that, to clear the heads. 

And other exciting news, the minister has approved my Irish citizen application - I just have to pay the dosh and wait for an invitation to the  ceremony. Himself is still waiting on his letter but I reckon it will be here tomorrow. I might take a new name - how about Gobnait O Cléirigh! 

And tomorrow's Tiny Tuesday Challenge is the second classical element: Fire. Signifying passion, assertiveness, sensuality, love, hate  but also wisdom and power, cleansing and purification.
