Part of the Heartfreek July Challenge!

Was up early-ish for a Sunday, and took a slow walk towards the Recreation Grounds, where there was a local carnival exhibiting local businesses and traders, and a car boot sale. There was swingboats and bouncy castles for the kids, stalls from local traders, local custom cars, local classic cars. Live music and a beer tent, and a procession which made it's way to the carnival at midday.

Afterwards we'd arranged to meet up with some friends at a local pub for 1pm for a drink and something to eat, and on the way there I spotted this 'homemade' trike car-type thing. It was quite different and had some weired and wonderful paraphernalia attached to it.

Had a lovely afternoon and time flew away with us, before we knew it was 6.30pm and time to part ways.
