Went to the town of Gaillac for lunch, and then visited Chateau Moriac on the afternoon. It was a medieval chateau which had been restored by an artist named Biste. We were in a little tour group, and thankfully the lady spoke a little slower than usual when she found out I was English so that it made it easier for me to translate what she was saying.

On the evening, we went again to Solène's godfather's house, where he and his wife had prepared a massive paella for everyone.
