Beyond comprehension

I visited a NHS diagnostic centre today for a follow up scan to see if I still have a kidney stone. A litre of water to be drunk 30 minutes before hand, meant a trip to the centre’s toilet before leaving. I was quite fascinated to see this on the inside cubicle door. 

I wonder if I am just too old school but why would you throw something on the toilet floor?

Afraid I’ve had a really busy and stressful week and haven’t managed a photo most days. I am trying to get back into the habit, but at this time of year I find it very difficult. I’m still here, and all is as well as it can be at the moment!
