elderflower cordial

Gathered by my own fair hands, except for the lemon which came from Tesco.

It is cooling and steeping for a while....some recipes say 48 hours, some satisfy themselves with overnight. We shall see.

I have wine bottles soaking in the sink to remove labels, and I shall use those to store it in.
