Scarborough SeaFest 2013

An annual, free, sea-related, food&music&crafts festival.

Three of those facts are totally true, which in times of Local Authority budget cutting is not too bad perhaps.

And it takes place right on the seafront where there is a lot happening anyway, so the familiarity for anyone who visited the 'Scarborough Precinct Continental Christmas Market 2012' didn't seem to bother too many people.
