The tomato harvest continues.
I need to freeze as many tomatoes as I can as we go away soon. Today it was the beefsteak tomatoes turn. These have taken all summer to ripen, no surprise by the size of them. They’re now skinned & frozen into 2 bags. They weighed in at 618 & 682 grams, they’ll come in handy when cooking this winter’s casseroles.
