Redhouse

It was off to East Lothian for todays market - my 3rd year back at this annual event in an indoor riding arena and it was better than I'd expected,  which is always nice!

A friend came to meet me and help me pack up and then we went to nearby Redhouse Nursery for a coffee, catch up and a browse. What a lovely spot - I've driven past a few times but had no idea it was set in the grounds of the ruined Redhouse Castle. 

When I got home this evening my boys (S, Cosmo and Blue) were all back from their respective weekend breaks, all back to normal. 

Sadly, the subject of yesterday's blip was spotted dead on the grass (just below the leaves It had been resting on) when i got back. It was upright, with its wings folded, almost like it just froze on the spot :(
