Keep on Running

After yesterday full and enjoyable day and back blip due to getting home a late a steady morning was on the cards.
We got up just Intime to watch the NRL Grand Final this morning the Australian teams are a step up from ours well most of the time. Very enjoyable game this was followed by catching up on blip and then watching the 1st half of the Aston Villa V Man U game before heading over to visit Jeri and the family Zeph came with us and we met Grace there as well. We caught the last few minutes of the Villa game which ended 0-0  and then watched a very entertaining Brighton V Spurs which saw Spurs throw  away a 2-0  lead to get beat  3-2.
The drive back home was in some light drizzly rain so now relaxing probably with some TV viewing and a few drinks as no work tomorrow so we can celebrate yesterday Rugby win.
