Hold tight

Left Ohrid and headed up in to the hills to Vevchani. It had been pouring with rain when we were there a couple of days ago and looked much brighter today.
We found ourselves a little via ferrata to try out. It wasn’t very long but was quite interesting up some slippery rocks and brought us out to a hilltop with fantastic views back down to Lake Ohrid.
We then drove on further north to Mavovro, another national park. Stunning scenery on the way up there through mountains and by the river and reservoirs. But it proved difficult to find a good place to stop in the campervans so we found a cheap apartment for the night and had dinner in a lively local bar.
