The first Manchester Colour Run was held at City's Etihad Stadium.

It's billed as the happiest 5k on the planet.
Thousands of runners set off in waves of 350 at a time, in pristine white t- shirts. At every kilometre point they were doused with coloured powder.

A great afternoon and a fun- filled atmosphere with a run suitable for all ages and abilities - and all in a good cause.

I couldn't decide which group of girls to use for my blip so they are sharing the limelight.
