The dawning...

,,, of the awning.

After a day of Sunday chores and rituals Mr O. and I decided to put our analytical, project management, problem solving and diplomacy skills to the test by putting up the awning on our caravan.
After two hours, with much discussion and scratching of heads, copious sweating and the fascination of our neighbours (and helped along with a couple of beers), we think we finally got it up. The fact that we have three spare poles and had to use a notebook to prop one of the poles against the van is not to be dwelt upon....

It took us 7 minutes to take it down...
