Lavery again
L and I spent most of the day in town at the Lavery exhibition. It was equally good on a second viewing, better in fact as this time I used the audio tour. We had a break for coffee before returning for the rest and then I had some late lunch in the Scottish Café. L had had cake with her coffee. We'd sat outside as it was such a nice day.
We saw, and heard, the pro Palestinian march. Once again I was struck by how busy the town was. You have no sense in this out in the 'burbs.
Once home I had to go down to the flat as #3 son's battery had died. It proved terminal.
In the evening L and I went to David Bann's for a vegan/veggie meal and probably too much wine. Came home and had our usual intellectual argument. L is exhausting.
It was very late before I got to bed.
