On fire!

Mickelson was!........................ - exciting end to the golf, unfortunately neither Westwood or Poulter could get there so another win for the Yanks.

Went up Arthur's seat with Bailey boy this afternoon and ended up being a bit trapped by drifting smoke caused by this fire.
Not sure if it was started by accident or vandals and as I was walking up there wasn't much and I wasn't even sure if someone was just starting a barbecue or not.
By this point there was no going back so we wafted through the smoke coughing and sneezing and once through it I took this photo.
The warm strong wind seemed to fan the flames and it was very quickly quite an inferno. I heard a siren but didn't see any firefighters (more's the pity :).
We couldn't go back down the same way so had to go higher up and back through the smoke that had blown up and over. Driving back down you could see it blowing over the crags and the whole of that side of town was shrouded in smoke.

Writing this and thinking i'm going to have to go and have a shower and change clothes as the smell is making me feel sick. I wish I could change Bailey's coat too (he's not coming in the shower with me that's for sure!)
