Les Corts Party Time

Our immediate barrio in Barcelona is entering its own festival time! This drumming troop was deafening, calling up the ancient, disturbing, primeval rhythms that more than hint at the deep fears of the dark and unknown that lie within us all!

You might not see it too clearly but I caught the drum leader to left of frame jumping clear of the ground on the last beat that brought the whole thing to a deafening silence!
