Are they taking over!

On this day 29 years ago, a die cast operator from Jackson, Mississippi, was pinned down by a hydraulic robot. This lead to him dying 5 days later. This is believed to be the first documented case in America of a robot killing a human. Sorry, but this wasn't me that drew this.
