A very early start to be at the crematorium for 8,30. The sunrise was beautiful. 
A quiet, stark, sad time... Only 4 there. Adrian did a brilliant job. It left the rest of the day feeling very bizarre, coupled with feeling run down. Tomorrow my lovely friend Sara has booked a night in Formentera for us - aiming to walk and pray and disconnect for 2 days. Perfect timing!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) The privilege of being there this morning.
2) A quiet day.
3) A phone call with my dad.
