Sunshine bistro

I’ve often walked past the Sunshine Bistro, in Folkestone and given it a wide birth as the outside tables are always full of smokers and it doesn’t look great. Last week C went in as it was the only place open before 9 and came out raving about it, so H and I decided to give it a try. Wow! It is really lovely and the food was fabulous. I had eggs Benedict then helped H out with finishing off his pancakes.
Rest of the day was usual Saturday stuff - parkrun, washing, stroll around town, gardening and dinner. A good Saturday :-)
