Felt like a little trip out today after having stayed local this week due to the lurgy, so I went to Leicester for a wander around Welford Road Cemetery as I've been meaning to explore for ages. The visitor centre and volunteers are there on a Saturday, so I could learn more about it, which I did and came away with a number of themed walk leaflets to go and explore again.

I also visited famous local Thomas Cook's grave. 

The views over Leicester are rather good and from one point you can see Leicester City's King Power Stadium and Leicester Tigers' Welford Road ground in one vista!
