Day time/Night time.

Our first full day in Auckland. A great city from what we saw. We walked and walked. First stop was the Tourist Information Centre and then a walk around the wharves including a little ferry between two because a connecting bridge seemed to have disappeared.We took the Heritage tram and visited both the Catholic and C of E cathedrals. Sadly the latter was closed.
We visited the Auckland Art Gallery and walked back to the apartment through Albert Park where the Bird of Paradise flowers smelt gorgeous - see extra. Had dinner at one of the Wharf restaurants and saw the Sky Tower again - this time illuminated.
