Apple blossom time.

Had a lovely day with friends who came down for a barbeque. The weather really cooled down in the morning and we had a bit of what felt like being sprayed with a water spray bottle but, as I write this, it's hotted up again!

It was also the start of the Big Butterfly Count. which runs from 20th July to 11th August. We saw three small whites... but they may have been the same one!


Oops - these are not apple blossoms but the wild roses which entwine my apple tree!
