Back Blip.,

A relaxed morning with a long overdue lie in, then pottering indoors before a trip to the opticians for a contact lens check where I was told my eyes have improved :-)

Out for the evening with dancing friends first to Frankie and Benny's then to Hollywood Bowl for a couple of games of ten pin bowling, was very funny especially when we all decided to have a go bowling left handed - actually found I could bowl quite well so did the second game left handed which saved my right shoulder too (furniture manoeuvres yesterday taking their toll.. )

Tomorrow I do my first volunteering session at Emmett's Gardens!
