On the Way to South Wales

Clifton Suspension Bridge in the distance.

After a splendid time with our friends in Bristol, we set off for South Wales to see Pete's Aunt Aniela. We arrived to find her in good spirits and recovering well from an operation to remove a large cancerous tumour in her intestines; apologies if that description is a little too graphic as you munch on your roast spuds. Talking of spuds, even though Aniela left Poland just after WW2, she still retains a strong Polish accent and sometimes gets her English a little muddled;
She told us "surgeon has removed 20 cm of my testicles"

How we laughed :-)))
