Escape Room!

My younger brother and his wife are staying with us from Reading over the weekend, and this morning they took us to an Escape Room here in Newcastle, as an early present for my Editor and me (we both have birthdays coming up in several weeks' time).

It was our first experience of Escape Rooms and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We did need a few hints from the supervisor (who was watching on a CCTV) but managed to escape with 50 seconds of the hour left!

The photo is of the writing on the wall of the staircase we had to climb on the way in (photos weren't allowed in the room itself).
