I had a day off from The Box today so Mrs Cph and I went for a walk in Sydhavn and found it very much to our liking for a potential place to move to. It's a new(ish) development done with amazing style and consideration. A very modern Venice if you were to be overly kind. Prices from around £200,000 for a sensible but small apartment seems remarkable for water views close to a Capital city centre.
