Shopping

We went to Tesco to do our usual shop this morning then a quick visit to Morrisons on the way home, just to buy a couple of things. I wanted some Irish cream and a couple of reusable shopping bags. Used the self-service checkout due to queues at the regular tills. When I paid for the items I waited for someone to come and authorise the alcohol purchase and an assistant came to OK it. after doing that she pointed at the 2 bags on the bagging area beside the bottles and said, "Did you bring those from home?" I said, "No. I just paid for them." She then grabbed my receipt and checked! Not pleased. Never experienced this ever before and I'm 74. Did she really think I'd pay for 2 bottles of Irish cream but not the bags? It may be a long time before I go in that store again.
Photo taken in Prescot this afternoon where I bought some towels and 2 more reusable bags in Tesco and was not treated like a shop-lifter!
Had my flu jab this afternoon and usually I just get a sore arm but this time I have a very sore arm and feel really peaky.
