Not my usual trawl

A haircut, which is always good for morale, and a gentle yoga session. In between times I fitted in a last short fast run before Sunday which left me somewhat tired which I hadn’t expected.
Late lunch and then to the library to find a few books for Liv to take to Arran next week. I’ll enjoy reading Sofa Dog to Liv and Islay. On the way home I saw the kingfisher, skimming along very close to the river, another boost.
