Seed Pod

Occasionally, something, probably a fox, comes into my garden and rips things up.

This morning, the nigella plants were strewn across the grass. Whilst I obviously like these flowers, it's these seed heads that I love. Sadly, the seed won't germinate if the seed pods don't get the chance to dry out on the plant.

This was about the most exciting thing to happen today.
