Le Phare

Our last weekend in La Tranche-sur-Mer, so we started the day with a stroll into town to pick up a few presents for people, and to grab a drink and a board of cold meats and cheeses for lunch. 

I went for a run and a swim in the afternoon while the Minx took a final trip to the supermarket and then we walked 'round to the beach. 

We took a route that would give us a view of the lighthouse just up behind the house as I've been meaning to photograph that all month, and then we went and sat in the sands, enjoying a glass of fizz, while we watched the sun go down.
