pier

a view of part of the middle section of the north pier at Blyth, taken near the end of a 50 mile bike ride. Dull. grey and cooler today. I'm try out a new diet to shift a stone in weight too, it's called the bulletproof coffee diet, sounds revolting tastes ok.
