made the most of the sunshine this morning and walked outside.. when we came back we sat on the bench in the sunshine for a bit….bliss….
the big building next to the house is Smith’s bakery…they supply several shops and restaurants in town…

later i walked to reception on my own….i am so out of condition…it shocks me, so i really need to train…..and find a way to do it responsibly….
