Pentlands

Last day of the holidays so I decided to take H up the Pentlands instead of our usual morning walk.

Arrived at Threipmuir car park and we were walking before 10am. A nice day on West Kip, East Kip and Scald Law hills with a round trip of 3 hours and 12.6km.

H loved this new route.

It started raining on the walkout.

Back home to read that some houses were broken into overnight and cars were stolen. Hope our street is not being targeted.

The in-laws came to visit in the afternoon and MrsT helped them with their car and home insurance renewals.

Got a call from my mum to say an old family friend sadly passed away on her sleep last night. They stayed down in Birmingham but were family friends for about 60+ years.
