We had a fright tonight when we came around a corner and a black lab came running out of the trees and attacked Bruno.  The owner was sitting on a bench out of sight of the dog.  I knew who he was so he will be getting reported to the dog warden tomorrow.  I did let out a scream and the owner must have heard that and all the snarling/barking/growling...  All he did was shout on the dog, from the comfort of his seat!!!  Angry and a little shaken up!
