Wednesday 2nd October 2024...

GP appointment at 7:45am... I had a cry to him as my body feels so broken with lots of small issues adding up...I then had my HELP recharge session at 11:30am so I cut up Watermelon, Strawberries and a Banana and took it with me to eat while I was waiting for it to States... I had a little picnic in my car... The fruit was so yummy...
