Orange and Red

On my walk, post swim, I spotted this lady in a bright orange coat walking her beautiful Irish red setter dog. They made a handsome duo.

I have just watched a terrific documentary on Sky called ‘Greg LeMond - The Last Rider’. He won the Tour de France 3 times, but apart from that made amazing comeback from car accident, accidental hunting shooting, myochondrial disease, childhood abuse. It’s honestly riveting. The film was dedicated to Laurent Fignon and his background is also interesting.

I would highly recommend watching this. What a joy to watch good properly made documentary.

I am on the doss today and invited out for seafood later. Then have to do my acting homework for tomorrow’s class.
