Mummy hazelh's 'hotel bed'

It's over a decade since I blipped my 'hotel bed' on 12th September 2014. Today it was the turn of Mummy hazelh's 'hotel bed' after Jackie changed the sheets, plumped up the bolster and pillows, and lined up all the blankets. I like the way that the morning light here illuminates the pictures and plates on the wall in the right hand corner of the photograph.

Apart from a short (and strenuous) run at lunchtime, I have been busy indoors all day. I attended a long work meeting this morning, then dealt with some other work issues this afternoon. The latter were largely centred on my last outstanding PhD student.

We are continuing our progress through Game of Thrones, The traitors NZ, and Ludwig.

Exercise today: 1 hour on the exercise bike; 35 minutes of running intervals; walking (11,478 steps including run).
