Bo'ness Steam Train

Emma and I had a lovely afternoon visiting the Bo'ness Steam Trains. We did plan on catching the 10:45 train but all ended up having a lie in (which was amazing!!) so we caught the 12:15 train instead. What a fabulous day out, the steam trains really are a sight to behold, almost majestic!! Then we visited the steam train museum which was really interesting too. I didn't know trains could be so interesting!!

The driver invited Emma up into the engine room to see how the train drives, and she got to wear his cap which pleased her no end :) I, of course, had to go with her!!! We were the envy of all the other passengers.

Hubby's just cooking dinner for us now, then Emma's is being sent to Gran's for the night and hubby and I are off out to Edinburgh Castle to see the modfather himself.... Mr Paul Wellar, can't wait :D
