Hyde Hall - serenade

A series of admin tasks this morning including sharing and organising photos with the lovely M, before sending Saturday's parkrun run report to Gert in Koln, and drafting a DofE report for a delightful parkrun volunteer. I had a lovely email in reply from Gert which I shall cherish. Then a break in the rain, so decided that a trip to Hyde Hall would be good. We had a lovely walk around and were surprised to see this dear robin - brave as can be. He sat very near the path and serenaded us for some time before hopping off. (Near enough so that no zoom used on this photo for the blip.) A delight. 

Then did some more admin before a parkrun meeting in the Blue Boar. We covered a lot of topics and all feel much more prepared for the upcoming winter season. Many contingencies considered. We are a positive team and able to compromise to reach agreement on so many things. I do love parkrun people. Chinese takeaway for tea as too late to cook.
