Opening flower

I ordered a few items online from a well known seller of plants; this one was described as "Nurseryman's Choice Perennials".  I thought they'd tell me what the nurseryman had chosen, but no, it remains a mystery.  Finally this week some flowers are nearly opening.  This is a macro shot - the flowers are pretty tiny - which has shown interesting white hairs on the edges of the leaves that surround the flower head. I'm hoping that the flowers will open properly before too much frost sets in.
