My mum took this; I think it sums up the day....

Rainy, miserable, with a baby that screamed and arched their back all day with colic/wind/tummy ache. 

Broken only by a visit from a very nice health visitor. Eventually at 4pm my dad went out to get Infacol as our local chemist didn't have it.

It seems to have helped, but it's been a horrible day. The only time baby was happy was when I took him up to bed about 5pm and he slept on my chest for a couple of hours.
