Unexpected day off

With school opening late today (after their open evening yesterday) and a dentist trip booked for this afternoon, I decided I couldn't face all the logistics around work, and took the day off. So after taking Matthew to school around 11 I headed to the fadden centre and treated myself to some cake :)

Followed by a walk home with an overloaded bike, and repotting several members of the portable forest. A pretty good day - with the added bonus of takeaway Chinese on its way this evening too (thanks Mum!)
